Commonly referred to as the North Lot Development, the project entails nearly 4 acres of undeveloped land that is currently being used for event parking at Qwest Field in Seattle. Ideally located next to the region’s transit hub, the proposed development will be the largest transit oriented development project in the Pacific Northwest. At completion it will encompass nearly 1.5 million square feet of a variety of uses, including a total of three residential towers, a conference hotel, an office tower, and various retailers.
